ExamTrack ("we", "our", or "us") is a mobile application developed and operated by Rajan Ghuman, an individual developer based in Amritsar, Punjab, India.

ExamTrack helps users in North India track government job notifications, exam dates, results, admit cards, study material, and prepare through quizzes and 1v1 quiz battles with other users.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and what rights you have over your data. By using ExamTrack, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Legal Compliance: This Privacy Policy is compliant with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the DPDP Rules, 2025. As a Data Fiduciary under the Act, we process your personal data only for lawful purposes with your consent. You have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data as described in Section 7 of this policy. This policy also complies with Google Play Store and Apple App Store requirements and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

ExamTrack includes a 1v1 Quiz Battle feature where you are matched against another user in real time. When you use this feature:

Data Retention: Your data is kept as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You may request account deletion by emailing us at rajanghuman13@gmail.com.

ExamTrack is intended for users 13 years of age and older, including students preparing for government exams before reaching the minimum age of eligibility for certain jobs.

If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you may only use ExamTrack with the involvement, awareness, and consent of a parent or legal guardian, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, which requires verifiable parental consent for processing the personal data of anyone under 18.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a user under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete their account and associated data promptly.
